I've tried to install your setup key without success.
I downloaded from another site the setup key file and installed it without any problem.
The file I've used was also provided from another site.
I would suggest that you contact the site from which you downloaded the file, to get the correct setup key file.
Try to uninstall the software you have installed previously, then, restart the computer and install the software that you want to use, and use the correct setup key file.
After the installation completes, you can test if everything works fine.

SALT LAKE CITY — A University of Utah biologist has discovered a genetic switch that, when activated, transforms one animal into another, prompting it to move or shrink.
The gene is for a protein called notum, the first discovered that has such a controlling effect. It's a useful discovery that could improve aquaculture, medical treatments and even help our understanding of development and aging.
If you've ever wondered why cats can turn into tigers when they get hungry, then Dan Nettle of the University of Utah has a theory to explain it.
I think that the cat hasn't stopped being a cat when it gets hungry and just turns into a tiger.
Nettle says a cat's face is only a couple of thousand cells thick, and there are dozens of different kinds of cells in that face. So when the cat gets hungry, cells in its face stretch out to make a large tooth-like structure.
The key to the story of notum is that when the cat eats, the stomach doesn't need all of its stomach cells. But the cells it does need, the cells that make up its teeth, must become the same kind of cells that make up the cat's face, like "shrinking the cat."
So this gene seems to be a kind of a "pull the plug" switch. If you have the gene, then you can make the change when you want, just by feeding the right kind of food.
